DELIVERY INFORMATION
Self pick up - No delivery charge.
At 55 Ground Floor, Jalan Lenggong, 11600 Jelutong, Penang.
Self pick up time is 10am to 12noon & 2pm to 5pm. (Monday to Friday), Saturday (1pm to 5pm)
Please inform us in advance which day and time you would like to self pick up at our premise at 04-2811815 or email us at sales@hockguansb.com.
Delivery fee :
Delivery within West Malaysia only, no delivery to Sabah & Sarawak and Overseas.
If you cannot find the shipping poscode in the order form means we do not deliver to that area.
- RM 15.00 shipping fee per order for maximum quantity of 3 bottles (700ml/750ml). Additional shipping fee charge for 4 bottles and above.
- RM 15.00 shipping fee per order for miniatures for maximum quantity of 24 bottles (50ml). Additional shipping fee for purchase 25 bottles and above.
- Order placed will be sent either by Courier Service or transporter depend on the quantity placed and the total value of the order.
- You can check with us the shipping fee for the delivery location & stock availability if you would like to have bulk purchase for 12 bottles and above.
- For purchase more than 6 bottles and above or high value order, we will use transporter to send the order and the order will reach in 7 days or earlier.
- We will notify you through email when your order is shipped.

- Please allow 3 - 5 working days for the order out of Penang island.
- Please do not place order if you need your order very urgent.
Delivery Methods & Conditions :
- Penang island Delivery schedule is Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm. No delivery on Saturday, Sunday & Public holiday.
- If there will be a significant delay, a customer service representative may call or e-mail you to let you know the status of your delivery time.
- Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. Good supplied and delivered to buyer are deemed to be the account of the buyer. We are not responsible for the breakage after the item delivered. Copy of delivery note/ invoice is to be signed as a proof of delivery. We will take back the order if the person who receives the order fails to provide his/her identification.
- Any breakages or shortages or wrong product delivered, must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery at 04-2811815 or email us. You must have your online receipt number or invoice.
