Self pick up time is 9.30am to 12pm & 2pm to 6pm. (Monday to Friday), Saturday (12.30pm to 5pm)
Please inform us in advance which day and time you would like to self pick up at our premise at 04-2811815 or email us at email@example.com.
We are closed from 1st May to 4th May. There will be delay of delivery for order received during the final week in April and 1st week of May. Sorry for inconvenience caused.
Delivery fee :
Delivery within West Malaysia only, no delivery to Sabah & Sarawak.
If you cannot find the shipping poscode in the order form means we do not deliver to that area.
- Flat rate of RM15.00 shipping fee per order for maximum 4 bottles of purchase per order.
- We will get additional shipping fee from buyer if quantity order more than 4 bottles in same order.
- You can check with us the shipping fee for the delivery location if you would like to place more than 4 bottles.
- No maximum quantity of purchase for miniatures per order.
- We use either DHL courier service or outsource local transporter to send the order depend on the quantity of your purchase and total value of the item.
- We will notify you through email when your order is shipped.

- Please allow 5 - 7 working days for the order out of Penang island. Please do not place order if you need your order very ugent.
Delivery Methods & Conditions :
- Penang island Delivery schedule is Monday to Friday. 11am to 5pm. Saturday 1pm to 4pm. No delivery after 6pm, Sunday & Public holiday.
- If there will be a significant delay, a customer service representative may call or e-mail you to let you know the status of your delivery time.
- Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. Good supplied and delivered to buyer are deemed to be the account of the buyer. We are not responsible for the breakage after the item delivered. Copy of delivery note/ invoice is to be signed with NRIC as a proof of delivery. We will take back the order if the person who receives the order fails to provide his/her NRIC.
- Any breakages or shortages or wrong product delivered, must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery at 04-2811815 or email us. You must have your online receipt number or invoice.
