Our company does not provide same day delivery and entertain urgent order. Delivery is between Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY


Please note that unsealed products are considered sold and are not eligible for return and/or refund. Thus, all exchange or return products must be in their original condition, packaging and with box (if any).

The returned goods/products will be checked and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products/tax stamp have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

Hock Guan wines & spirits reserve the right to refuse a refund request due to unreasonable grounds provided (by the customer) to claim a refund such as product image , 5cl content volume different, ABV% and vintage/year uploaded in this site is vary. Product image/label or year for wines & liquors might vary . Please check with us the product detail before you place order if you are very concern about the detail of the products.

No return, refund or cancel of order available except the conditions below.

  1. Faulty or spoilt of content of products 
  2. Not the product originally ordered
  3. We fail to deliver your order due to insufficient stocks.

We will try to do the replacement of the product for the issue above instead of doing the refund.

Notify us by email or phone call in 24 hours.

The faulty product must be kept and returned to Hock Guan wines & spirits sdn bhd without undue delay. The customer is responsible for the delivery of the items back to our facilities and the delivery cost will be borne by the buyer for the return. We also do not responsible for the damage of the item or shipment lost during the return in transit.

You will be contacted after our assessment of the returned product (might take a period of time), where we will either offer you an exchange or a refund.

Bottles sent back to us should still have its original contents, at least 2/3 full. This will help our assessment of the product by our principal company at overseas. 

Any request to refund after customer places the order, we will only refund the amount after deduct the payment gateway charges.
