Most whiskies are aged just one time,but at Dewar;s we do things a little differently.Choice malt whiskies and fine grain whiskies are aged separately in oak casks.Our master blender Stephanie Macleod,blends our matured whisky together,before ageing our blend in oak casks once more.This extra step is where the magic really happens.Our whiskies "marry" together to create an unbelievably smooth whisky enjoyed the world over.
Nose: Honey, peach, apple and wood. Cut hay.
Palate: Medium, vanilla fudge, smoke, toffee, heather honey, oak.
Finish: Good length, cut herbs, honeyed sweetness.
