Wilcox is a 40% vol.bourbon.Made in the American tradition,in the heart of the Kentucky region,with a modern twist.It is composed of 60% corn and 40% barley.The distillation process produces a "white bourbon" at 80% vol.It is aged in new American white oak toasted barrels for 2 years,which brings color and smoky aromas.The barrels are then blended and adjusted to 40% vol.by dilution with fresh water .the result is a round and easy to drink bourbon.
Nose : Smoky,vanilla and oaked
Palate : Sweet corn,salted butter ,caramel candy,caramel and vanilla
Finish : Subtle spice after smoky aromas
