Founded by renowned bartender Yuki Yamazaki, The Japanese Bitters are the first bitters made with natural Japanese ingredients, and using a host of different techniques, including vacuum distillation. Shiso is a leaf that is in the mint family, and is very similar in flavour to spearmint and basil. Used in Japanese dishes and to hold wasabi on a plate, this leaf is very common all over Asia. Great to add a refreshing note to highballs and mixed drinks.
