Our tight-knit community is embodied in the traditional methods used to produce this unique organic single malt scotch whisky.
Crafted by hand and matured in american oak casks,this is a distinctive,single malt with a mellow,fruity flavour.It's made with our organic barley supplied from local scottish farms for a dram deeply rooted in our community.
Nose: Scones and brown bread. A hint of vanilla essence at the core, followed up by freshly cut grass.
Palate: Fruitier than the nose suggests, with notes of apple, pear and white grapes. Still rather grassy, and a little oily at points too.
Finish: White pepper and cedar.
