In 1968,My father,George S Grant,decided to bottle a cask of Glenfarclas at natural strength as a christmas gift for family and friends.The strength of that single cask was 105 Bristish proof,the equivalent of 60% alcohol by volume,and Glenfarclas 105 was born.
This special release of 105 cinsists of casks that have aged beautifully whilst maintaining their high strength,giving us this very limited edition of 16 years old Glenfarclas at 60% alcohol by volume.
This outstanding full-bodied expression with rich flavours of sherry,butterscotch and warming spice perfectly captures the time-honoured Glenfarclas style.
