Crafts by hand,this Deanston is first matured in Ex-Bourbon casks from a family run cooperage in kentucky,creating its subtle but zesty character.The golden spirit is then finished in virgin oak casks,adding subtle spicy aromas.
The result is a dram that warms the heart as well as the conversation.
Nose: Fresh citrus, honeyed barley and a subtle hint of smoke.
Palate: Toffee sweets pop up first, followed by a dollop of cream and oak notes.
Finish: Oak spices on the finish.
